Hi Jason,

greast blogsite. I found it a year ago, when I was first thinking on living afloat on a narrowboat. Seriously still thinking that way, so maybe now is the time.
Can I ask you a couple of questions:
How have you adapted to the confines of a narrow boat, and do you ever wish you had a widebam or a dutch barge?

I've lived a year of my life in a tent (when travellinbg), so I know I could adapt, I'm just trying to weigh th eadvantaged of a widebeam against a narrow boat (not sure how much my travelling would be curtailed with a widebeam).

cheers, and happy bilging, err.. blogging I mean.

Ken.

Sorry to hear about the leaky boat. If it's any consolation, my heating (diesel stove) went up the swanny two days before Christmas and still isn't working. Such is canal life I'm afraid! I'm in the Uxbridge area and have a 'hippo' submersible bilge pump if you need to borrow one at any point. Should clear the water out a bit quicker...

Good luck!
